CONTEST GUIDELINES:
1. The contest is open to all pasta lovers nationwide. No purchase required.
2. Contest is very simple! Send your pasta recipe to us via email at anthony.jb.bolanos@hotmail
• Be Original (not part of the existing TOSH menu);
• Be Cost efficient; and
• Include a short anecdote and/or background why you think it should be considered as a treasure to be discovered by TOSH
• Include your day landline and mobile number
3. Entries will be accepted from October 7 up to October 31, 2011, 11:30 PM. For your recipe to be considered an official entry, you should receive an email acknowledgment from TOSH management.
4. Participants can send as many entries as they want.
5. Fifteen (15) finalists will be pre-selected by TOSH management given the following criteria:
• Originality - 25%
• Creativity - 25%
• Cost Efficiency / Effectiveness - 25%
• Marketability (Audience Impact) - 25%
TOTAL - 100%
6. Finalists’ entries will be kitchen tested by TOSH. TOSH Marketing will contact the finalists via email and/or SMS to present their dish to a panel of judges composed of TOSH Management, culinarians, and foodservice experts.
a. Finalists will be asked to cook and present their recipe on November 18, 2011 at The Old Spaghetti House in Libis, Quezon City.
b. Ingredients, including Divella-brand pasta, basic cooking equipment, and dining ware for presentation will be provided by TOSH. Presentation dish yield should be at least for one (1) person.
c. Time and other details of the presentation will be announced later on. TOSH will not shoulder transportation expenses and accommodations for the attendance in the final presentation.
7. Four (4) entries will be declared winners given the following criteria:
• Taste - 20%
• Originality - 20%
• Creativity - 20%
• Cost Efficiency / Effectiveness - 20%
• Marketability (Audience Impact) - 20%
TOTAL - 100%
8. Each winner will be awarded with Php10,000 worth of TOSH gift certificates. All winning entries are to properties of TOSH and will be included in the TOSH 2012 menu.
9. Winning entries will be named after the recipe owners upon concurrence of the latter and final approval of TOSH management.
10. Decisions of TOSH Management and the judges are final.
11. All participants who submit recipe entries waive and assign any and all their intellectual property rights to the said recipes to TOSH; and agree that TOSH may test, alter, market and use these recipes as part of its food service to the general public. For the avoidance of doubt, the participants shall not have any claim against TOSH or any of its officers for the use or alteration of these recipes.
