Because we love to see you celebrate your birthday with us, claiming your free birthday treat has been made easy as 1-2-3!
First, be a member of CPKPhilippines Facebook Page by “liking” us.
Second, send an email to birthdayclub@cpk.com.ph with the subject “BIRTHDAY CLUB REGISTRATION” and the following details:
1. Full name
2. Date of birth
3. Contact numbers
4. Email address
5. Preferred CPK store to claim Birthday Treat (i.e. CPK Trinoma, etc.)
Wait for our email to confirm your registration.
And last, visit us and enjoy your Birthday Treat anytime during your birthday month!
All you need to bring is a proper ID showing your date of birth. Just present your ID and you’ll get ONE of these exciting dishes for FREE! This offer is VALID FOR DINE-IN ONLY at the CPK branch you registered in and should not be combined with existing promos, discounts and CPK Loyalty Card. Free item is subject to change without prior notice.
- Spaghetti Bolognese (personal)
- Tomato Basil Spaghettini (personal)
- Roasted Duck Salad (personal)
- Hawaiian Canadian Pepperoni Pizza (personal)
Registration period is ONE (1) MONTH BEFORE YOUR BIRTHDAY MONTH! Example, if your birthday month is October, the registration period is from September 1 to 30. If you have already signed up to the program previously, your registration will be covered by the latest guidelines.
The CPK Birthday Club is open to CPK Philippines Facebook members 11 years and up. (We have a separate Birthday Club for CPKids.)
