The PossibiliTEAS are Endless!

A photo/video contest based on the following theme: How Lipton Yellow Label Tea brings to life all the Fun PossibiliTEAS into my/our day, and how Lipton brightens up my/our day.

WHO MAY JOIN / PROMO PERIOD / PROMO AREA
1. The contest is open to all Filipino citizens who are:
a. 18 years old and above
b. Permanent residents of Metro Manila
2. Participants may choose to join as individuals or groups. If joining as a group, one (1) representative for the group must be appointed. (Hereinafter, the term “Participant” shall refer to both an individual participant and a group participant.)
3. Promo period is from July 11, 2011 to November 15, 2011, per DOH-FDA Permit No. 1192, Series of 2011.
4. Promo is valid in Metro Manila Area only.

HOW TO REGISTER
1. Go to the Lipton Facebook fanpage (http://www.facebook.com/liptonphilippines)
2. Like the Lipton Facebook fanpage then go to the PossibiliTEAS are Endless! tab.
3. After clicking on the PossibiliTEAS are Endless! Tab, read and accept the terms and conditions for the Promo competition, register for the contest by filling up the online registration form with the following details:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email Address
d. Mobile Number
e. Gender
f. Birthday
4. Submit video or photo entry by uploading it in the PossibiliTEAS are Endless! Application, along with a title and description. Each participant can submit 1 original entry only.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES
1. The entry must be based on the theme, “How Lipton Yellow Label Tea brings to life all the Fun PossibiliTEAS into my/our day, and how Lipton brightens up my/our day.” Entries that do not comply with this theme (as determined by Unilever Philippines in its sole discretion) shall be automatically disqualified from the competition.
2. In order for the entry to be qualified for the contest, the photo or video:
a. Must show Lipton Yellow Label Tea being used
b. Video must not be longer than 2 minutes
c. Participants may use the official Lipton Song but solely for the purpose of submitting an entry for this Promo.
3. Entries are allowed to be embellished, edited or manipulated in any manner to further the creative execution of the music video or photo.
4. Participants may shoot either in digital or analog film. However, it must be converted into electronic form, uploaded to the PossibiliTEAS are Endless! application, and be viewed by Unilever Philippines after the upload.
5. Entries must be original materials created by the participant. Entries that contain content not originally created by the participant (as determined by Unilever Philippines in its sole discretion) shall be automatically disqualified from the competition.
6. Entries cannot contain any other commercial material, whether in part or in full (e.g. snippets from movies). Entries that contain commercial content (as determined by Unilever Philippines in its sole discretion) shall be automatically disqualified from the competition.
7. All entries will be pre-screened by Unilever Philippines or its representative before posting to the gallery to ensure there is no:
i. Profanity
ii. Violence
iii. Sexual innuendos
iv. Racial slurs/prejudice
v. Blasphemous content
vi. Other brands and all overt branding elements related to those brands
vii. Any other content that may be considered culturally and socially offensive (as determined by Unilever Philippines in its sole discretion)
Unilever Philippines shall have sole discretion and final decision as to whether a music video can be posted to the gallery. Entries that do not comply with the above requirements shall be automatically disqualified from the competition. Likewise, entries that are not posted to the gallery after pre-screening shall be automatically disqualified from the competition.
Qualified pre-screened entries shall be posted by the database manager to the gallery within 48 hours from pre-screening .
8. By joining this Promo competition, the Participant agrees that all entries submitted and all corresponding intellectual property rights thereto become the property of Unilever Philippines, Inc. The Participant further agrees to do all acts and execute all document as may be necessary to vest in Unilever Philippines all intellectual property rights to the entry.
9. Winners agree that their names and images may be used by Unilever Philippines for promotional, publicity, advertising, marketing and all other similar purposes in connection with the Promo.

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
From July 11, 2011 at 12:00 AM up to November 15, 2011 at 11:59 PM

SELECTION OF WINNERS
1. Selection of winners shall be through voting by Facebook fans and panel judging by Unilever Philippines. The voting period shall be from November 16, 2011 at 12:00 AM up to November 27, 2011 at 11:59 PM.
2. Each Facebook fan can vote only once per video or photo.
3. There will be two (2) winners for the entire competition:
a. Grand Winner
b. Runner -up Winner
4. Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:
a. Number of votes from the public 30%
b. Panel Judging
Possession of Lipton brand personality 30%
Creativity in concept and execution 20%
Originality 20%

5. The computation for the votes will be as follows:
a. Based on the resulting total votes, the top twenty (20) participants will be ranked from highest to lowest.
b. The participant with the highest number of votes is ranked 1st, and the participant with the least number of votes is ranked 20th.
c. Each rank is assigned a percentage score, as follows:

d. The percent score from the votes will be combined with the percent scores from the judging session with the Unilever Philippines representatives.
6. Determination of winners is from November 28, 2011 to November 30, 2011. Judges from Unilever Philippines shall determine the winners based on the above guidelines.
7. The judges will review all the entries together and will give each entry a percent score based on the criteria in No. 4 above. Thereafter, the rate cards will be collated in order to consolidate all the scores.
8. The decision of the Judging Panel shall be final.
9. Winners will be notified on December 1, 2011 via SMS, email and registered mail. Under the Promo rules, for promos not national in scope, winners shall be announced or published in the same manner the Promo was announced or published].
PRIZES
a. For one (1) Grand Winner : Hot Air Balloon Trip and Picnic for 4 people in Clark, Pampanga worth Php 129,000, inclusive of hot air balloon ride, transportation to the venue, an exclusive photographer, and food. The winner must sign a Consent and Waiver form for the Hot Air Balloon Trip.
b. For one (1) Second Prize Winner: K-TEA-V Party for 20 people worth Php 63,150.00, inclusive of Php15,000 food and beverage (consumable), venue, basic lights and sounds, exclusive photographer, and unlimited mini tea bar w/ barista on site.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
1. Unilever Philippines will notify the winners by SMS, email and registered mail. The email notification and registered mail shall be used as proof confirming the winners.
2. The SMS and email notifications will be sent to the mobile number and email address entered on the raffle entry submission page.
3. Participation in this promo constitutes permission to use the name, photo, video, image and likeness of the participant for advertising and trade purposes in connection with this Promo without further notice or compensation, to the extent allowed by law.
REDEMPTION OF PRIZES
1. The prizes can be redeemed within sixty (60) days after the winner’s receipt by registered mail of the notice of winning. Prizes not claimed within this period shall be forfeited in favour of Unilever Philippines with prior FDA approval.
2. Prizes are not convertible to cash or any other goods. Any tax due on the Prizes shall be shouldered by Unilever Philippines.
3. Unilever Philippines gives no warranty/guarantee and makes no representation whatsoever regarding the prizes (including but not limited to any warranty/guarantee or representation relating to the nature, function and/or quality of the prize) and the winner avails himself/herself of the prize at his/her own risk.
4. Winners within Metro Manila must claim their prizes at Unilever Philippines, United Nations Avenue, Manila from Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. Winners must present the following documents when claiming their prize:
a. Two (2) valid photo IDs (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Student ID, etc)
b. Copies of the email notification and registered mail received.
5. Winners will then be assisted by Unilever Philippines and designated representatives in preparation of the Tea Rave Party and the Hot Air Balloon Trip.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
1. Unilever Philippines reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been an attempt to rig the voting.
2. Unilever Philippines reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promo and the Promo terms and conditions in accordance with applicable regulations on sales promotions.
3. Unilever Philippines shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, claims, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with (i) the participant’s participation in this competition or (ii) the winner’s availment of the prize(s).
4. Employees of Unilever Philippines, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, alliance partners, advertising, promotions and third party agencies (Netbooster Asia Inc. and Yellowasp Inc.) including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this Promotion.
5. The prizes are tax-free, non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
6. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing Lipton Yellow Label Tea or Unilever Philippines promos or discounts unless otherwise specified.
7. All matters and disputes relating to the Promo shall be subject to the final decision of Unilever Philippines, with the approval of FDA.
